 MPC maintains an extensive full service prototype
department. The prototype process allows customers to accelerate the
verification of design, material, and manufacturing feasibility, for faster
overall product development.
Because prototypes are produced in-house, we retain complete control throughout
the development cycle. MPC’s process mirrors the concepts and equipment of the
production setting, so that customers are able to evaluate parts in final form
before production begins. Prototypes can range from non-functional models for
fit evaluation, to fully functional assemblies.
