MPC’s commitment to continuous improvement begins in our Research and Development department. A full staff of research engineers and lab
technicians monitor every phase of product and process development. From improving current manufacturing methods to identifying new processes and markets, MPC’s Research and Development
specialists are dedicated to the service of other departments as well as our customers.
MPC has proven that developing new markets and products should be a primary goal of our company. The knowledge gained through product research, and the analysis of our customers applications,
plays an important role in MPC’s commitment to constantly improve the level of service we offer.
As with all of MPC’s technical and manufacturing departments, the Research and Development group is deeply involved in every phase of new
part development. Research engineers are in constant communication with MPC’s product, manufacturing, and quality engineers during each step of the new part process.
Our Research and Development department also maintains a
laboratory for testing and analysis of current and new products, as well as the benchmarking of similar products found within different industries.
