We currently have openings at our Corporate Headquarters in Walworth WI in our Production Department for a Material Handler.

This position requires organization and is fast-paced. Maintains stock base in a well-organized condition. Supplies required/needed materials to applicable departments to meet department and production requirements. Ensures components and materials are available to prevent disruption in the manufacturing cycle. Maintain proper stock locations and batch transfers.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

- Reviews daily run list to assure parts are available and stocked at correct job locations
- Follows work orders/applicable documentation for packaging instructions.
- Checks quality status markings prior to scanning for production.
- Moves product to finished goods
- Applies correct labels to internal/external containers
- Responsible for accurate counts and verification of correct part number and serial number
- Completes material change or job change from start to finish
- Resposible for verifying material change requirements are evaluated and action is taken
- Completes FTIR tests, stages new jobs, removes scrap & runners to regrind accumulation area.
- Ensures all production material is free form contamination
- Transfers parts to dock; loads on proper truck for final destination; unloads trucks

Able to lift 55 lbs
Able to stand up to 12 hours
Well developed math skills
Able to read, write and speak English
High School diploma or equivalent
Able to obtain fork-lift certification
Able to use scale for weight of material
Basic computer system
Ability to prioritize
Related experience or training
