 Jay
and Shirley Brost founded the company, in March
of 1972. Within the first year of business an
automotive check valve was developed,
patented, and manufactured for Ford Motor
Company. The entrepreneurial spirit in which the
company was founded in 1972, is alive and well
and shared by our 1500 employees. We attribute
our successes to the creativity and dedication
of our employees.
